Wrong color

Ordered a periwinkle cup. What actually arrived was a seafoam green cup. Company admitted to misidentifying the color. Said they would replace with a lilac cup, but I would have to pay to ship it back. As this was a gift, I didn’t want to wait for the wrong cup to be received by them and have the correct one sent. Why wouldn’t they just send the correct cup? They admitted it was their fault. I shouldn’t have to pay shipping (again) to fix their mistake. They said it was company policy. While the seafoam cup is pretty, it is not my friend’s favorite color.
