Customized Items: Please Note that all customized items are non-refundable since we cannot restock the items that are personalized specifically for you.

Can I request a custom design to be created?

Absolutely! Please email us at decalcustom88@gmail.com and let us know what you would like to be custom made and/or have a design in mind.

Is there a discount for bulk orders? 

Yes! Please email us at decalcustom88@gmail.com to receive discount codes.

How long will it take for my item to get delivered?

Depending on the level of customization in your gear will vary the time it takes to get to you. You should get your item within 2-3 weeks unless otherwise stated on the sales page. This allows us time to process your order, properly custom make it for you, and get it shipped out. International orders can take a bit longer.

My Shirt Smell Strange?

Digital Direct is a new printing technique which was recently unveiled. In addition to the many advantage (high printing quality with increase durability, compared to normal digital printing), there is one small advantage: 

  • Since we use water-based ink, the shirts must be sprayed before printing with solution which smells a little like vinegar. 
  • No worries - those solution is environmentally friendly, absolutely harmless and the smell should vanish after the first wash. Enjoy your product 

    How do I exchange a shirt for a different size?

    • If the item has not been made yet, we can still change the size for you within 24hrs from purchase. Please contact us at decalcustom88@gmail.com to make the change.
    • If you have already received your shirt and it doesn’t fit and you need to exchange for a different size, please follow these instructions. First, make sure that you have not worn or washed your item (besides trying on). Send your unworn and unwashed items to:

      • Make sure to include details on the correct size needed sent back.
      • Email us at decalcustom88@gmail.com with tracking information.  
      • You have 3 days from when you received the item to exchange your item. 

      • This is a one-time size exchange we allow per customer.
    • Once 30 days have elapsed from the receipt of goods, refunds and exchanges will no longer be accepted.

      Please Note:

    - Customer pays return shipping on exchanges. The USPS has the best rates in our experience, but you can ship back to us any way you like.

    - Customer will receive store credit amount, which does not include the original shipping, only the purchase price.

      How do I return an item for a refund?

      If you want to return your item for a refund you may do so within 7 days from when you received the item. Currently, we are able to do store credit refunds only. Once 30 days have elapsed from the receipt of goods, refunds and exchanges will no longer be accepted. Items must be unworn and unwashed.

        What do I do if I received the wrong shirt or my shirt is defective?

        If this happens, we are truly sorry. Please email us at decalcustom88@gmail.com and tell us your order number and how we messed up.  We will take care of you and cover all costs of getting you the right shirt. We will send you a new shirt and pay for your shipping to send that one back to us. We are human and do make mistakes.  We will make sure to correct the issue ASAP!
